I have been in counseling and 12 Step programs for 7 years and was frustrated with my lack of forward momentum in everyday life after tackling my past trauma and struggles. Knowing that, a friend suggested this course as a way to help me better learn to use all the tools I've gained on my healing journey. The biggest difference I noticed right away in my life was my capacity to let go of self-judgment and just let my learning be what it was going to be, which freed me to use the powerful tools Stephanie presented.
