20: When You... I Feel...

One of the simplest (yet most overlooked) skills is the ability to articulate your feelings. In this episode, I share a step-by-step example of sharing and validating feelings. If my young children can do it, so can you! 


Today's TLC:  Practice sharing your feelings with this formula: When you _____, I feel ______. Every time you share your feelings and validate others you are strengthening your relationship with yourself and with others.
